Should I wait until I've lost weight before I book a shopping trip is a question I've been asked a fair amount, and I get it - you don't want to waste loads of money on updating your wardrobe, only for it not to fit in 6 months time.

But for some people, the losing weight thing just never quite happens, so they always feel a bit rubbish about themselves and are constantly putting anything to do with their appearance on the back burner.
