Summer shoes for men

Do you have a blind spot when it comes to buying summer shoes and can't think of what on earth to get? Many men do, and I frequently see this as a gap in their wardrobes, so it's something I'm often shopping for with clients.

Here are some suggestions I've gathered to give you ideas and inspire you, so hopefully when the sun puts in another appearance, you and your feet will be ready and waiting.

As always, do let me know if you have any questions on what to get, just email me here and I'll get right back to you.

Sebago x Universal Works Portland Deck Shoes - summer shoes for men

A pair of deck shoes is a classic choice for summer but these come with a bit of a twist. A collaboration between Sebago & Universal Works, the multi-colour base comes with a choice of detachable fringing too. So you can switch the yellow, for a sand or stone colour on the days you'd prefer to look just that little bit more understated. Wear with navy shorts, grey jeans or stone chinos.

Hate shopping and would prefer someone else took control and advised which items to try and how to wear everything? This is the latest review I got from a customer I took shopping recently:

"Sarah was absolutely fantastic. Her professionalism was exceptional. The wardrobe edit was a much needed cull! But it also gave me the confidence to reconsider neglected items.

I was so impressed by our shopping day together. Sarah had spent a lot of time checking out the shops the day before which saved a lot of time and work. In many ways I think it actually saved me money because Sarah gave me the confidence to buy items which were not always that expensive but looked very good on me.

Sarah also kept on reminding me that I should not only get things I liked but items that I needed. This is a very helpful mindset for me. Sarah also encouraged me towards colours that I wouldn't typically have the courage to wear. The clothes we got are still very much me but just an improved version of myself. I am very happy."
