Firstly, she is down to earth and easy to get on with. The day itself is quite full-on for someone like myself who is not a big shopper, but she really cares about making sure you feel comfortable in your clothing, which I really appreciated.

Having been gifted the opportunity to have a personal shopping experience with Sarah, I approached with a mixture of excitement and intimidation.
I needn't have worried. Sarah was so warm and chatty it put me immediately at ease.
Her research was impeccable and I now have a number of absolute go-to shops in London for future visits.
